Vendor Registration Information

Dear Vendor:

The Maryland Chapter of the International Cake Exploration Society will present its 9th annual cake show October 22-23 at Westlake HS, Waldorf, MD

Past shows have included live demos from the Sugar Mob, premiere classes, one hour mini classes and demonstrations by recognized names in the world of sugar artistry.  These artists have included Sidney Galpern, Melissa Payne and Dana Herbert. Combining all of this with the new location, we want our vending area to be one of the best one-stop sugar arts supply shopping venues that the region has to offer.

This is your invitation to participate in our 2016 show.  We hope that the new location will increase the size of the show and we encourage you to respond promptly to secure your vendor space. 

Vendor booths are available in two configurations:

Platinum Vendor - booth size of 10 X 16, for in-booth hands on mini classes. Three tables (6’ x 2.5’) and 6 chairs at a rental fee of $425; Platinum vendors will be expected to demo at least twice a day during the show to highlight the products that they are selling.

Standard Vendor – booth size of a 10 X 10 space with two tables (6’ x 2.5”) at the rental fee of $275

There is a two-booth limit per vendor and electric service is provided upon request at no additional cost.  The vendor/cake display area will be secured during non-operating hours. Space assignments will be on a first-come-first-served basis. 

We are now accepting vendor reservations and for your convenience, the application process is digitized for on-line completion.  The application site will be closed once all booths are assigned, at which point we can accept only standby applications.  Please visit the following site to process your application:
